We offer Free Shipping on all orders always. You also have the option to contribute an extra $5 which we use to offset all carbon associated with the shipment of your order and plant an additional tree!
In order to be as efficient as possible, we currently process orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. All orders received by 6:00 p.m. Central Time Mondays will ship out the following Tuesday. All orders received by 6:00 p.m. Central Time Thursdays will ship out the following Friday. Orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Any unworn apparel can be exchanged within 30 days: We'll cover the cost of the return shipping and provide store credit for 100% of your original purchase price.
We do not currently allow returns for a full refund. Our mission is centered around leaving the world a better place - fighting and reducing carbon emissions is a big part of that mission. Sending you a shipment, just to take it back means twice the emissions and no revenue for us to plant trees.
We love our customers and want you to feel great about your sustainable clothing. So we will certainly exchange product whether its damaged, defective, or simply the wrong size. However, we see the "buy online & return it" trend occurring far too frequently across the fashion industry and we want to minimize excessive transportation.
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please let us know. We'll send you a return shipping label so we can inspect the damaged product(s) and send replacements.
